This Privacy Policy explains how Andy Automation (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our automation application built with n8n (the “Service”).

1) What data we access
The Service may connect to your Google account through Google OAuth to perform automated workflows you authorize. Depending on the workflows you enable, the Service may access:
- Google Sheets / Drive data you explicitly authorize
- Gmail data (e.g., read messages or send emails) if you enable Gmail workflows
- Basic account identifiers (e.g., email address) required for authentication
We only access data necessary to run the workflows you configure in n8n.
2) How we use your data
- Authenticate you and maintain the connection to Google services
- Execute your automation workflows in n8n
- Display workflow results and logs inside the Service
- Troubleshoot errors and improve reliability
3) Data storage and retention
- OAuth tokens (including refresh tokens) may be stored by n8n to keep your connection active
- Workflow execution logs may be stored depending on your n8n configuration
- We do not intentionally store more personal data than needed to run your workflows
You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings (see Section 7).
4) Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except when required by law, to protect the Service, or to operate essential infrastructure under confidentiality controls.

- OAuth scopes limited to the minimum required
6) Children’s privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
